Roof Toppers is unequalled in our commitment to quality of services and customer relations. This high level of dedication ensures you a superior product before your roof is even installed! Our attention to detail means any service offered by Roof Toppers will provide you with uncompromising protection today, and well into the future. Roof Toppers Services include:

Leak Repair - Leaks are a common occurrence - especially here in the Pacific Northwest.

Of course, the weather has a lot to do with leaks. A roof may need repair from wind damage. Also, older buildings may have roofs that are more susceptible to leaks with deteriorated masonry work around the chimneys or sub-standard repairs.

Whatever the reason, Roof Toppers has available skilled technicians who have the proper training and tools to locate and evaluate the proper method of repair for the most difficult of roof leaks. We can fix the leak ourselves or offer you a number of recommendations. We are experts in this area with over 30 year's experience.

Don't worry, we'll quickly track down the problem and offer you the right solution.

Roof Evaluation - This is a serious matter that shouldn't be taken lightly.

Many of our clients are unsure of what they might be getting into - like someone buying a structure. When thousands, even millions of dollars at stake, a prospective buyer needs to be sure of the condition of the roof as it pertains to the asking price.

A Roof Toppers experienced inspector will evaluate the condition of the roof in question. An extensive inspection is conducted which may include taking core samples of the roof and photographs if necessary. The information is then compiled and given to you in a detailed report covering all aspects of the roof's condition and includes recommendations for maintenance, repair or replacement.

Roof Maintenance - Preventative maintenance on new, even on existing roofs is often overlooked or rarely budgeted. But rain, sleet, snow, wind, sun, pollution, and even foot traffic can all take a toll on your roofing system.

To extend the life of your roof and minimize unexpected repair costs, we highly recommend you invest in a Roof Toppers Maintenance Agreement.

Here's how it works: To begin we inspect the roof and an annual fee is agreed upon. And just like a service contract, you pay that fee once a year. We ensure that in emergency situations, when a leak or damage appears, you will have first priority in receiving repairs. The agreement includes cleaning and regular inspections. Best of all, your roof doesn't have to be installed by Roof Toppers to qualify. Nothing is more critical to your roof's long-term performance than establishing regular inspections and proper maintenances. You'd be amazed at the savings, which are a direct result of an agreement program.

You know we're doing something right when all of the Wal-Mart stores throughout Oregon and most of Washington rely on us for their mainenance needs.

Re-roofing - When a roof system is beyond repair or restoration, often we are asked to "re-roof." This is essentially, building a new roof over the old one. A complete "tear-off" requires removing the old roof and building an entirely new roof.

When it's time to re-roof, Roof Toppers provides you with the best options for your structure and budget:

Flat Roofs:

-Hot Tar / Asphalt Bitumen

-Modified Bitumen

-Single-Ply: PVS, EPDM, TPO, Hypalon

Pitched Roofs

-Metal (metal panels, or metal shingles)

-Asphalt Shingles

-Wood Shakes/Shingles

-Synthetic Shake/Shingles (some are comprised of recycled materials)

-Eco Roofing: New "green" ideas and environmentally friendly options

Eco-Roofing or Green Roof Systems - Green Roof Systems have taken off lately - and for good reason. Here's a roofing system that demonstrates the obvious benefits of keeping you dry, but also holds down the air conditioning costs in the summer while improving air quality and reducing the heat island effect in urban areas. Eco-roofing consists of layered plants and soil growing in prepared section of the roof.

Roof Toppers will be more than happy to assist you with analyzing which roof type is best for you. It comes down to what will your roof protect? It's important to understand the value of a new roof as well. Different materials have different fire ratings. And different materials will also affect insurance rates.

New Construction - Before a major project begins we'll provide a pre-construction estimate so everyone is on the same page and there are no surprises down the road. For a list of services, please see re-roofing.

We are accustomed to working with architects and general contractors and can work cohesively as part of a larger effort.
